Hi, I'm Nikki. I am a mum of 4 mostly grown children, living in beautiful Pataua, Northland. From my own health challenges(mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual) I come to Contact Care with an incredible awe of what our bodies can hold onto to, that we cannot process at the time, to keep us safe, and to enable us to function in daily life. With this in heart and mind, Contact Care, for me, is a gentle, compassionate therapy for releasing what is holding us stuck, enabling healing.
